About Mount Anvil
Meet the team
Our promises to you
We've been building high-quality homes for Londoners for over thirty years. Our purpose is to create outstanding places where people can thrive.
And we're here to make promises to you: we will listen and be accountable to you directly and we'll build you a home and neighbourhood you and your family can enjoy.
Our promises to you don't stop there.
Keep scrolling down to find out more, or play the video below.
Don't just take our word for it - hear it directly from David Lunts, a local government official who has been charged with ensuring homes are being built to only the best possible standards in London over the last twenty years.
If you'd rather hear directly from residents who are currently living in a Mount Anvil home, we've included a few of those here too (including other Newlon residents already living in a Mount Anvil home)

We were lucky enough to virtually meet a few of you at our presentation in January.
For those of you who we didn't meet, we can't wait to meet you, to start listening, and to get to you know better.
Below are a few faces that will hopefully become familiar to you when working together with your housing association, Newlon.

We've been building outstanding places in London for over thirty years.
Throughout that time, our core values as a business have not changed.
We believe in doing the right thing; working collaboratively and raising the bar.
It's this relentless focus that has meant we've kept our promises to countless communities across London (see what some of them had to say in the videos below).
Our favourite quote from our Chief Executive, Killian, is 'we all have two ears and one mouth'. It's safe to say 'listening' is the quality we're most proud to excel in.
We've been listening to and working together with Cecilia (Chair of the Resident Steering Group at another of our Estate Regeneration projects) for over five years now.
She recently shared with us her thoughts about us - we'd love to share this with you too. Click here to see it.
Our commitment is to always listen and to be accountable to you, the community.
We're proud of our health and safety track record at Mount Anvil. We recently won 'Housebuilder of the Year' (click here to read more) - a key criteria in the judging of that award was our exceptional track record when it comes to health and safety.
We know the real test for safety is in the quality and the legacy of the homes that we deliver for our communities. We've been told countless times how residents are proud to call their home, home.
Our promise to you is that we'll keep you and your family safe both while we're building your homes and, more importantly, long after we've gone!
We have a team in-house specially dedicated to making it easy to understand what’s happening when on site via images, animations and other tools.
This, alongside being physically present and available to talk, will help make sure you always know how construction is progressing and never encounter surprises.
We’ve got lots of experience working in central London where there are lots of residents and neighbours whose needs need to be understood, heard and planned around.
We pride ourselves on this – last year our site in Whitechapel achieved the highest scores EVER recorded in the UK in a Considerate Contractors Scheme audit which measures how organised, safe and carefully-planned a building site is.
We know fuel poverty is still a huge issue today for many Londoners. And we know the role we have to play to tackle that, for our residents.
We've built-up a huge amount of experience and expertise in the sustainability space over the last thirty years, having built high-energy perfoming homes across all of our projects. We recently shared a short video explaining our approach at Friary Park (another Estate Regeneration project, like this one - click here to see it)
We also team-up with experts in the sustainability field. We were even the first residential home-builder to partner with Planet Mark. They recently certified us for reducing CO2 emissions and building high-performing energy homes. Click here to see more about that.
The communities we give back to our residents are enjoyed by all. They're inclusive of all ages and backgrounds - many of our sites feature communal spaces where residents and families alike can work, play and rest.
Roseangela, a Newlon resident at Hamptead Manor, recently talked to us about the quality of her home (click here to see it). We've also heard more recently from Keybridge residents of the community feel we'd created there (click here to see that)
Our promise to you is that we'll build you a home and neighbourhood your family can enjoy
