2016 has been an incredibly successful year. We have continued to raise the bar – launching our most historical residences to date at Hampstead Manor, winning 12 awards and working with our partners to deliver 288 high-quality homes. We also launched a partnership with Aston Martin Racing, which saw us lift a racing car 110m onto the 30th storey of Dollar Bay.
The key driver of our success has been our ability to recruit and retain increasingly capable people. We truly believe that our people have grown because our company has grown, and our company has grown because our people have grown.
At Mount Anvil, taking our employees and their partners away at Christmas is just one of the things we like to do to celebrate our success and make our staff feel valued. This year we chose The Grand Hotel as the perfect setting for celebrating the festivities — an iconic and luxury boutique hotel standing centre stage on Brighton’s famous seafront.
Employee’s and their partners were treated to the hotel's warm Victorian splendour and traditional hospitality with an overnight stay. Mouth-watering cuisine, fine wine and traditional trimmings were coupled with good company, dancing and scalextric cars! The hotel’s spa offered the perfect place to pamper, relax and revive after the celebrations with a full menu of decadent treatments inspired by the winter season. For this special year, the 25th year of Mount Anvil, guests were also invited to ‘afternoon tea by the sea’ in the opulent, Victoria Terrace.
