Mount Anvil, Central London’s specialist residential property developer, today announced that Chief Executive, Clive Fenton, will be leaving the company at the end of January to take up a new role at McCarthy & Stone.
Clive joined Mount Anvil in January 2013 with the brief to broaden the company’s capital base and to adapt and equip the existing organisational structure to support Mount Anvil’s future growth.
Clive Fenton, Chief Executive, said: “The business is in excellent shape with strong forward sales, a healthy land bank and very positive profit projections. With an announcement on a funding partner imminent, the job I was brought in to do is complete.
“I’d like to thank the entire Mount Anvil team for making my time at the company so enjoyable, and for the tremendous support they have given me throughout.”
Killian Hurley, Executive Chairman, said: “Clive has played a critical role in positioning Mount Anvil for the next stage of our journey. The business now has an even stronger foundation from which to achieve our vision to be Central London’s most respected residential developer. I’d like to thank Clive for his excellent work and wish him every success in his new role.”
Killian Hurley will assume the position of Chief Executive from 1st February 2014.
