Work is progressing extremely well on site as Hampstead Manor nears completion. In Bay House all apartments are now complete, and our 24/7 concierge is now situated adjacent to Dudin Brown.
In the West Courtyard all hard and soft landscaping (from groundworks to planting) is now complete, with only the Kidderpore Hall gardens yet to be finished. Hard and soft landscaping is also complete across the East Courtyard, with only minor work still to complete on the western side.
Hampstead Manor’s gym is now open, with the development’s spa and pool scheduled for completion in the coming weeks.
Apartments across the Rosalind Franklin and Lord Cameron buildings are now complete, with many already occupied by their new owners, and more new residents arriving all the time.
Tiling, flooring, and the installation of power points and plumbing are all progressing well in the Chapel, which is being decorated and having its historic oak paneling refitted.
Tiling works are ongoing and flooring work is underway at Skeel Library. The landmark new home in Kidderpore Hall, the site’s neoclassical mansion, is also taking shape, with initial plumbing and electrical work underway.
All townhouses are now complete, with new residents starting to move in.
Considerate Constructors Site Visit
Hampstead Manor has been awarded a ‘Performance Beyond Compliance’ certificate by the Considerate Constructors Scheme following a recent site inspection.
The certificate is only awarded to sites displaying the very highest standards across the scheme’s key areas of consideration – from the site’s appearance and respect of the local community, to the local environment, and how we ensure the safety of our on-site team.
We are thrilled that our commitment to upholding and exceeding the CCS standards has been recognised as Hampstead Manor approaches completion.
Celebrating the Reopening of Kidderpore Avenue SINC
Last month we were joined by the Redington Frognal Neighbourhood Forum (RFNF) and members of the local community to celebrate the reopening of a prized Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC) on site here on Kidderpore Avenue.
Around 60 attendees enjoyed a wildlife gardening workshop by national wildlife charity FrogLife, where they learned about the vital role ponds can play in local biodiversity, the role of native wildflowers and much more.
