Mount Anvil has established a reputation as one of the most acquisitive, privately owned developers in the capital. Our development pipeline now approaches £500 million and we look forwarding to building on this impressive platform in the years to come.”

One of Mount Anvil’s most notable purchases is 261 City Road, EC1 a £160 million landmark project with a 36 storey tower overlooking the Regent’s Canal, in JV with Clarion Housing Group.
