Restored with Quality and Care

Hampstead Manor is a highly unique site spanning nearly two centuries and many different eras of architectural and interior design. As an ambitious restoration project approached in consultation with architectural historians, every detail has been minutely considered. We are excited to share the latest developments below.

Good progress has been made over the last month on all 13 buildings at this unique development. The scaffold is currently being struck on the first refurbished block of Dudin Brown, while Kidderpore Hall and The Chapel have now been scaffolded and the refurbishment of these two blocks is advancing.

Internally we are at various stages of the build sequence with decorations underway in some units and mechanical and electrical works being installed in others. The clock tower at Maynard is being sensitively restored with a new mechanism being installed so that the clock is working.

The double basement carpark is close to completion and Willoughby is at first floor level. The retained façade to Chapman is now supported by the new concrete frame behind it and brickwork to this block will commence soon.

Both Rosalind Franklin and Lord Cameron blocks are now coming out of the ground up to street level. The development of the residents-only gymnasium, spa and swimming pool is also advancing. The marketing suite and show apartment are open and further show homes are being fitted out.
