Digging Deeper: More Progress at Three Waters

With its unique waterside setting now enjoying the summer sun, work at Three Waters is continuing at a pace. Archaeological works are now complete, demolition works are nearing an end, and the team will begin piling next month. Read more below.

The team on site at Gillender Street are continuing to make great progress, continuing with final demolition works across the site.

Demolition works are nearing completion, having encountered numerous large foundations below the ground which have taken longer to remove than previously envisaged.

Elsewhere, the site’s archaeological team have completed works in line with Greater London Archaeology Advisory Service (GLASS) requirements and we are pleased to have worked alongside them to discover more of the heritage of the area.

We are preparing the site for the piling works and be in attendance during the piling works are lined up to commence works at the end of July 2019. We are expecting to commence the piling towards the end of August 2019.
