We are pleased to confirm that demolition works have progressed through the podium and the first two basement levels of the tower. Following their completion, we plan to commence work at Block A in January 2018.
Meanwhile in Block B1 we have decorated all apartments on floors one to six, and first inspections are being carried out on floors one, two and three. On the seventh and eight floors the apartments have been plastered and the flooring is being laid. External brickwork is also being put in place up to the seventh floor and the terracotta tiles are being installed on the façade.

The second fix of the electrical and plumbing services is currently underway on floors one, two and three. In addition, the timber roof boards are being installed at the duplex and penthouse roof areas and external brickwork is being laid up to floor six.
