The home tour is a one-hour meeting with your Customer Experience Manager where you can take any final measurements, get to grips with all of the appliances and the amenities, and ask any questions you may have. We'll also give you access to our online resident portal. This hosts everything from appliance tutorials to your Home User Guide.
At completion you, or your representative, will attend a handover with your Customer Experience Manager where we’ll give you the fobs and keys to your new home. We’ll take final utility meter readings, and share these with you by email afterwards, and together we’ll walk through the property and check the finish of your home to make sure everything's perfect.
For the next two years after completion you'll be covered by the Mount Anvil warranty and looked after by our Customer Care team - the experts on getting the best out of your home and making the most of what Three Waters has to offer.
