Exclusive amenities in E3
With the last homes completing in the first half of the year, we're on the final stretch here in Bow. Decoration works are underway on the final floor, and will soon be ready to handover to our new homeowners. Read more below.

Construction update
The City Collection
Decoration works have commenced on the 20th floor (the final floor!). The program is on track, with around 125 operatives on site each day, ready for the first handovers very soon.
Just below, we’re completing decoration works on the 19th floor and expect to carry out final snagging and quality assurance in the next two weeks.
Elsewhere, work is currently underway to the cycle storage areas, landscaping work to the podium is about to kick off, and the cinema room is complete and ready for resident’s exclusive use.
We’ve had some visitors to site lately such as fire consultants, to carry out independent inspections – all of which have been positive.
