It's been a busy summer in Bow

From bathrooms and balconies to electrics and mechanics, it's all systems go at Three Waters.

Construction Update

 

The River Collection

Lots of progress has been made internally at The River Collection over the last few months. All walls are up, forming apartment spaces, up to floor 7. Mechanical works is almost complete up to floor 5.

The luxurious bathrooms with contrasting elements of grey porcelain, marble-effect and matt black have been delivered to each apartment.

Externally, the precast panels are currently being hung up on the outside of the building and are almost complete. 

The installation of balconies has started, and are complete on floors 2 and 3. 

What's next? We're working up the floors to complete more mechanical and electrical work and plastering, plus, more balconies are ready to be installed.

The City Collection

Work to the concrete frames has progressed well over the summer, and are now up to the 14th floor. The precast panels are complete to floor 2.

The first fix of party walls is in progress up to floor 7, as is the mechanical and electrical works in the corridors. And those all important bathrooms have been delivered up to floor 9 with more deliveries in progress.
