Piling, pods, pipes and progress at Royal Eden Docks

Construction update
The Courtyard
The reinforced concrete frame has been cast up to floor 8 and continues to climb each week. The bathroom pods have been delivered up to the second floor so far, with the upper floor's bathroom pods scheduled for delivery every two weeks. The installation of the main drainage pipes has commenced from the ground floor up to floor 4.
Façade works commenced in August along with the first fix of internal elements - these are things like the installation of pipes and cables.
The Botanist
The reinforced concrete frame is cast up to floor 9 and the stair and lift core is now up to floor 14. The bathroom pods have been delivered up to the second floor, with more bathroom pods set to be delivered every 2 weeks to the upper floors. The installation of the main drainage pipes has commenced from the ground floor up to the second floor.
We commenced the façade works on the first week of September along with the first fix of internal elements.
The Wellspring
Piling works were completed at the end of August - this is where we dig deep holes into the ground which will become the foundation to the building.
