Welcoming our first ever residents home to Three Waters
We've been enjoying welcoming our new residents home to The River Collection, the first phase of homes here at Three Waters in Bow E3, and have almost handed over all of the apartments to many happy new homeowners.
Construction update
The River Collection
The River Collection is now complete and we have handed over most of the homes to our happy new homeowners, with just a few more to go.
We've put together the video below to help explain the handover process and what to expect on move in day.
The City Collection
Since the last update, externally, we've been busy installing the railing to the balconies. The installation of the precast brick panels is now complete up the 21st floor.
Internally, the plastering is now taking place up to floor 7, kitchen installations are in progress up to floor 5 and decoration work has commenced on the 1st floor.
The amenities
Landscaping work has commenced. The screening room is complete ready for our new residents to enjoy.
