Many of our developments are delivered by Mount Anvil Group Limited working together with other developers, sometimes through a joint venture vehicle such as a limited liability partnership. In such cases, any personal data submitted to or otherwise collected by this website which is related to those developments is collected by all of these organisations working together. Each of these organisations is a data controller in respect of the use it makes of this information and each has agreed to comply with this privacy policy.

References to “we”, “us”, “our”, and “ours” in this Privacy Notice are referring to Mount Anvil Group Limited, all of its subsidiary companies (including Mount Anvil Limited) and any of these joint ventures. Email addresses: We respect the privacy of personal email accounts and we store your email addresses just as securely as other personal data. We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, and your details will not be provided to any organisation other than us, our affiliates and subsidiaries, our business partners and our agents for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.

Our general Email enquiry forms are not sent via an encrypted channel and for this reason we ask that you do not include confidential information when using them (such as bank account details).

As stated in section 1 above, your information will be collected by Mount Anvil Group Limited together with any of its development partners or joint venture vehicles which are applicable to developments in which you express an interest.
