At Mount Anvil, we understand that buying a property is one of the biggest life changes you can make - that’s why we’re here to support you every step of the way. 

Now that you’ve exchanged on your new home, we'll be your new point of contact for any queries you may have, all the way up to handover. If you have any questions we’re contactable Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

As a Customer Experience Manager at Mount Anvil, my role is to deliver a 1st class service across all customer touch points, liaising and corresponding with our customer from exchange of contracts to completion. I ensure our clients have an enjoyable purchasing experience and smooth completion.

I started in property at the age of 17 directly from school, working for a local independent estate agent as a trainee. With a passion for property I soon progressed to running a flagship office in Canary Wharf for a leading London agency and then moved to my current position working for Mount Anvil property developers and progressed to a Sales Director overseeing the customer experience team.

You can tell a Mount Anvil site as soon as you walk through the door. The care they put into creating a quality environment on site is a cut above .
