Completions, handovers & raving resident reviews

The new year is well underway which means completions are commencing here at The Silk District. With 50 completions taking place this quarter, we've got all you need to know to make your handover experience a breeze. Read more below.

Construction update

 

The Jacquard

The concrete frame is amost complete and the unitised window façade is now at floor 15. Internal works have commenced with internal walls built up to floor 6. The kitchens to the first floor are being installed in the next couple of weeks.

The Georgette South

The build of the brickwork façade is progressing well. Internally, the flooring and kitchens are being installed on the lower levels.

The Georgette North

The quality assurance process is well underway, ready to welcome our purchasers to their new homes during the first half of this year. The landscaping work on the podium garden is progressing nicely. We've installed a site separation hoarding and footpath to ensure convenient and safe access to those completing in the coming weeks and months.

The Bouchon

We've kicked off the preparatory works for the third phase of homes here at The Silk District, this included clearing the site with the piling rig.

Amenities

Quality assurance is ongoing to the gym, cinema and temporary concierge, all on track to complete before our first purchasers move in.

The safety of our people and protecting the public's health in the city we love is our top priority. With the government guidance currently that construction work is able to continue, we're continuing to do so safely by adapting our sites to ensure social distancing and with weekly COVID testing on site for all team members and contractors.
