Introducing The Bellamy, new homes with views of the London skyline

Now launched, The Bellamy brings 202 new homes to one of London’s most desired postcodes in Canary Wharf, with private sale units consisting of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Residents will enjoy amenities ranging from workspace and fitness facilities, and places to entertain and relax. These include a fitness suite powered by Peloton and a working lounge with meeting rooms and communal desks. There is also a dining room available to book through the 24-hour concierge for special occasions, a cinema room with luxurious sofas and a big screen and a welcoming residents’ lounge.

Designed in collaboration with leading architect HTA Design, the first-floor podium garden provides an outdoor space to socialise and relax, with a planting scheme that will encourage biodiversity through native shrubs chosen to attract birds, butterflies and bees.

In addition to the green space, we’ve worked with HTA Design on the façade of the distinctive 31-storey building that combines the precision and innovation of the industrial age with modern day architecture.

The interior specification offers a serene and sophisticated space to unwind, designed to reflect the flow of the Thames. Rounded corners, fluted textures and composite stone are used throughout, creating the feeling of calm. All apartments also offer sweeping views of the urban skyline from private balconies.

Historic Canary Wharf has seen one of London’s greatest transformations, into a vibrant modern financial, retail and leisure centre. The Bellamy is situated to enjoy the many benefits of this destination, including over 300 shops, bars and restaurants. In the local area, residents will also have access to more than 20 acres of waterside promenades and gardens.

Multi-billion-pound investment in the Docklands’ transport means the variety of options available to The Bellamy’s residents is unrivalled. The underground, Elizabeth Line, DLR and river bus can all be found within a 15 minute-walk of The Bellamy, putting the rest of London and its international airports within easy reach.

Jon Hall, Group Sales Director at Mount Anvil, comments: “An investment in Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs is an opportunity to be part of the continuing evolution of this exciting neighbourhood, where residents, nature and businesses are flourishing together. The Bellamy offers light-filled, apartments with amenities created to suit the way we live now, allowing residents to make the most of their day all within the building they call home.”

Freya Watson, Director, JLL Residential Development comments: “Canary Wharf has evolved considerably in recent years, from being a working weekday corporate epicentre to a highly desirable – and liveable – central London neighbourhood and demand for homes in the area has risen. At JLL, we experienced a 33% increase in the number of new homes reserved in the first half of 2022 compared with the same period pre-pandemic in 2019.

“Factoring in this strengthening demand, paired with Canary Wharf’s attractive amenity offering - with exceptional retail, restaurant, and leisure options - The Bellamy stands out as a well-connected development in an exciting neighbourhood. Location aside, with buyers increasingly becoming time-poor and convenience led, The Bellamy’s range of onsite amenities will be hugely influential in attracting buyer interest.”
