Taking climate action in London
When it comes to climate action, we need all hands-on deck. And with us being London-centric, our work starts here. It’s not about talking the talk, but who’s walking the walk. That’s why we partner with other organisations who are experts in their fields across London.
Proud to be partnered with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew
The beautiful gardens of recently launched Chelsea Botanica have been meticulously designed in collaboration with scientists from the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, to boost biodiversity and the quality of life for residents. In the landscaped gardens, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, have carefully chosen more than 70 plant and tree species to create a space not only to be enjoyed by residents, but to provide valuable habitat for insects, birds and other wildlife.

Happy to have Sustrans' support
Sustrans are a charity with the mission to make walking, wheeling and cycling easier for everyone. We're lucky to have their support when it comes to things like co-designing the outdoor space at our developments and resident engagement activities. Like last month when we celebrated the submission of planning for the Barnsbury Estate with the residents with a garden party. Sustrans brought along their Disco Bike – a bike that powers music to show how cycling generates energy, and lots of fun! It was great to see so many residents give the Disco Bike a go.

Holding ourselves to account with Planet Mark

By working with Planet Mark to achieve its Business Certification, we're measuring our carbon emissions, reporting them, and reducing all associated with our business operations, taking a significant step on lessening its impact on the planet and society, and creating a benchmark within the industry for others to follow.
