We've launched The Edit, South Bank with UK-first V-ZUG partnership

The Edit will provide 95 new homes in Prime Central London. Each home will feature luxury Swiss-made V-ZUG appliances used in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, as part of a UK-first exclusive partnership. Designed to be home to arbiters of good taste, amenities include a hot and cold wellness circuit, Peloton-powered gym, elevated “Curators” concierge service, and landscaped gardens designed in partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Residential developer Mount Anvil unveils new boutique development, The Edit: 95 private studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Located moments from the Thames on London’s South Bank, the exclusive offering promises to set a new standard for curated quality and personalised service at home in London.

In a first for the UK and as part of the tailored approach for the scheme, all residents will enjoy state-of-the-art Swiss-made V-ZUG cooking appliances in each home, with each three-bedroom home and penthouse featuring a wider range of V-ZUG appliances. Found in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, the appliances combine professional-level precision, innovative technology and V-ZUG’s signature minimalist design, complementing the wider building design by international award-winning Reddy Architecture.

Both the architecture and the interiors echo the South Bank’s architectural heritage. Designed by Pandora Taylor, the interiors of each home have been handpicked to feel authentic to London while being equally distinctive by combining layers of rich materiality, colour, pattern and silhouettes. Natural and heavily textured materials create sensory experiences while ensuring spaces flow together harmoniously. With references to the surrounding area, the elegantly crafted palette features earthy textures and balanced tones from light through to dark, including oak and walnut finishes, black and white stone quartz, and brass.

In line with Mount Anvil’s emphasis on homes that promote wellbeing, the development has a collection of considered amenities. Its innovative hot and cold wellness circuit comprises a best-in-class Brass Monkey ice bath and a Sunlighten mPulse smart sauna. The circuit is designed to offer residents a rejuvenating spa-quality experience from the comfort of their home. It is found inside the private residents’ club, which is complete with a purpose-built Peloton gym, co-working lounge, and private terrace, as well as biodiverse landscaped gardens designed in partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

As part of The Edit’s focus on service, a hotel-quality, 24-hour concierge will feature a team of expert Curators on hand to assist residents by sharing their insider knowledge of London’s most sought-after experiences and hidden gems. It’s a personal service, a cut above the norm, where everyone is known by name – something that only a boutique development of this nature can offer.

Residents of The Edit will be a stone’s throw from many of the capital’s most iconic landmarks, shopping, eateries, museums and galleries. In addition to walking and cycling, easy access to the tube, train and riverboat gives excellent connection to the rest of the city and beyond.
