Once you've found the right home, we're here to guide you through every step, right up to getting your keys.
Find the mortgage that's right for you
Speak to a mortgage adviser to explore your options. If you don't have one, we can put you in touch with a few independent advisers.
They'll help you find a lender, if you need one, and get an Agreement in Principle (AIP) showing how much you could potentially borrow.
When you’ve found your ideal home, make an offer to our sales team and they’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Let us know as much as you’re comfortable sharing about your finances, your Agreement in Principle (AIP), your preferred move-in date and whether you’re looking to sell another property before buying.

To reserve your home, you’ll need to complete a reservation form confirming the price and terms.
You’ll also usually need to pay a reservation fee, typically between £2,500 and £10,000 depending on the purchase price.
You’re free to choose your own solicitor, or our sales team can recommend one with experience in new-build property contracts.
We’ll send all the necessary documents to your solicitor. Once you’re both happy with everything, it’s time to exchange contracts.
This usually happens 21–28 days after you reserve your home. You’ll pay a 10% deposit and sign the contract, making it a legally binding agreement between you and us.
At this point, you’ll also meet your Customer Experience Manager, who’ll be there to guide and support you through the rest of your journey with us.
You don't have to pay the full amount for your new home until it's ready.
Depending on how far away your completion date is (the day we give you your keys), you may be able to pay for your home in stages.
Stage payments can help you spread the cost over time if you’re not in a position to purchase your home in one lump sum.
Queens Wharf
It's a big thing to buy a home, especially when it's not in your own country. Everything went beautifully from the start. Everybody was very nice and the product is beautiful.
