Mount Anvil acquired The Orchard from Silvertown Properties in August 2011. Standing adjacent to Mount Anvil’s award winning Central Square. 

The Orchard provided 45 residential apartments, including 17 affordable homes which are managed by One Housing Group.

The development includes 315 sq m of commercial space. The Orchard had an initial GDV of £20m and completed due in Summer 2013.
