We delivered:
this space is an award winning scheme, that was voted the best selling development in London South of the River in 2010 by Molior London.
We purchased the site in July 2007 and created 231 homes, including 173 for private sale. Eight highly sought after penthouses were delivered on an added ninth floor, with London & Quadrant managing the affordable element. In addition, 3,650 sq m of commercial space – anchored by Tesco – was supplied together with 131 parking spaces, 260 cycle spaces and a community theatre.
The development realised a GDV of £80m and came onto the market in September 2009, achieving record-breaking sales in South London.
