Mount Anvil purchased the site in October 2012 from Union Street Ltd to provide much needed, high quality homes in Southwark. Spread across three buildings, Union Street offered 85 new homes. With a GDV of £40m, practical completion occurred in Summer 2014. All of the apartments have been sold to a single investor.
