Chelsea Finery, Chelsea’s newest boutique waterside address
Chelsea Finery will provide 156 private homes in the heart of Chelsea’s design quarter. Landscape design that supports a biodiverse environment has been informed by research from scientists at Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. All homes feature luxury Swiss-made V-ZUG cooking appliances, through Mount Anvil’s exclusive UK partnership.
Residential developer Mount Anvil has unveiled Chelsea Finery, a boutique collection of 156 private studio, one, two and three-bedroom homes in SW10. Located where Lots Road meets Chelsea Creek, Chelsea Finery introduces a rare opportunity for an address near the water in this highly desirable, culturally rich London neighbourhood.
Both the architecture and interiors take cues from Chelsea’s status as one of London’s leading design districts. Defined by ashlar brick façades, the building draws on the character and craftsmanship of the surrounding streetscape, giving it a seamless presence along Chelsea Creek.
Designed in partnership with London-based studio Johnson Ribolla, the interiors of each home have been carefully curated, with a calm, architectural palette which blends natural, minimalist materials such as timber, stone and brushed metal finishes, bringing refined, cutting-edge contemporary design to each space.
In line with its boutique offering, Chelsea Finery brings together a considered collection of resident amenities. A 24-hour concierge offers a personal level of service, alongside a fitness suite with separate Peloton suite, and residents’ lounge designed to support co-working and socialising with spaces for each. These are set around landscaped courtyard and terrace gardens which support enhanced biodiversity across the scheme, with planting informed by scientific research through Mount Anvil’s partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
All homes will also feature Swiss-made V ZUG cooking appliances as part of Mount Anvil’s exclusive UK residential partnership with the brand. Used in Michelin-starred kitchens worldwide, V-ZUG appliances combine precision engineering with a clean, understated design that complements the rest of the kitchen interiors.
Moments from the King’s Road, Knightsbridge and South Kensington, Chelsea Finery is set within one of west London’s best-connected neighbourhoods in Zone 2. Imperial Wharf rail station and Chelsea Harbour Pier are a stone’s throw away, and there is easy access to the Underground, road and rail putting the rest of London within easy reach including the West End, the City and Heathrow.
More than 20 ‘Outstanding’ rated schools are within a 30-minute walk, and five of London’s universities are within a 30-minute commute including Kings College London, Imperial, University College London, the London School of Economics and Political Science, the University of the Arts London, Queen Mary University, and the University of West London.
The scheme forms part of the wider Lots Road South regeneration, delivered with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
