Our New Home

Mount Anvil recently moved to new offices. Just four floors below our previous home at 140 Aldersgate Street, we have created an inspiring space for our people that is uniquely tailored to the way we work, and influenced by the homes we create.

The move was necessitated by our need for more floor space, as Mount Anvil's team has grown more than 10% in the last year alone. We used the opportunity to meticulously research, design and deliver an office unlike any other.

Visually it's a modern, striking workspace that incorporates and reimagines design elements from across Mount Anvil developments. Taking cues from both construction and interior design, our in-house team created a space in materials that encapsulate everything we do - utilitarian structural work in concrete and steel along with rich, restful soft furnishings and finishes inspired by Mount Anvil homes.

Beyond the aesthetic it’s a workplace that completely embodies our core values.

• Do the right thing: Last year, we asked our people what they needed to be happier and more effective at work. The results were the foundation of the new office design, and a workspace that encourages wellbeing, productivity and innovation across our teams.
   
• Raise the bar: Delivering an exceptional new space with a specification tailored to our people, incorporating more natural light, more collaborative and social space and state-of-the-art IT facilities. All planned, designed and delivered on time, on brief and on budget.         
   
• Work collaboratively: Through creating spaces that encourage chance encounters and cross-department conversations, we have enabled our people to better work collaboratively. We blurred the lines between areas intended for working and socialising, actively promoting and encouraging our collaborative culture.  
   

The result of allowing our people and our values to shape the space, the new office is a contemporary, welcoming workplace that allows our staff more freedom, more room to work and grow, and more opportunity to succeed.
