NHBC Pride in the Job Awards recognises best construction specialists who achieve the highest standards in housebuilding.Our teammates Phil Shankster, Paul Carter and Mike Hampton, have been recognised for their high standards in delivering complete schemes in central London.

Phil Shankster, Senior Project Manager at our Silk District scheme with partners L&Q, Paul Carter, Senior Project Manager at our JV scheme Royal Eden Docks with ExCel, and Mike Hampton, Project Director of The Verdean - estate regeneration scheme in partnership with Peabody, have received this accolade because they go over and above to lay the foundations for great teamwork and support their respective to deliver quality on site.

The passion, desire and relentlessly positive attitude of all our site teams ensure we deliver quality homes to our residents and stakeholders - and it doesn't go unnoticed. This is the first time all our schemes have achieved this accolade in the same year - a testament to our exceptional project team's performance.
