Rising to the challenge

Residents are moving in at Keybridge, amenities are launching and our team are rising to the challenge of constructing the UK’s tallest residential brick tower.

We're excited to announce that that the first residents moved into Keybridge House (Block B1) at the end of January and are living the luxury Keybridge lifestyle in their new homes.

With plenty of positive feedback already received, the upcoming opening of the gym facilities and the imminent completion of more Keybridge homes, we can’t wait to welcome new homeowners.

Construction update

Our construction team is working hard and Keybridge House (Block B2) is well underway with completions estimated to take place this October.

The demolition of the existing tower has been a delicate job, involving the containment and removal of over 21,000 cubic metres of concrete and 1,200 tonnes of other waste from site – the equivalent of 8,600 elephants. We are pleased to report that the tower demolition is now complete.

In Keybridge Gardens (Block C1), we are currently carrying out final checks of the first four floors. At the same time painting and decorating is taking place on the 5th floor and the final fixing of electrics and carpentry is taking place on the 6th floor, with the Duplex Zinc roofing fully complete.

Meanwhile at Keybridge Point (Block F), the tower crane has been erected. We have progressed with the lift core up to level 17 and with the reinforced concrete frame cast up to level 14.  We've also installed the steel framing section of the external walls up to level seven, with the first stages of wiring and plumbing systems in place up to level four. 

Keybridge’s final phase and new show home

The final phase of Keybridge (Keybridge Capital) has now launched along with 125 new studio, 1, 2 & 3-bedroom homes. Inspired by the timeless brick design of the surrounding area, Keybridge Capital (Block E) will offer all the perks of the wider development, including a flexible workspace, 15-metre pool, spa and gym, as well as 15 public spaces within a mile of the front door and a six-minute walk to Zone 1 Vauxhall station.
