Take a tour of Three Waters with Project Director Michael Rolfe
We've been making great progress in both The City Collection, with windows installed up to floor 7 and precast brick panels in up to level 9, and The River Collection, with all kitchens now in place and plastering works complete. Our Project Director on the scheme recently took us for a tour to show us how the build is going here in E3.
Construction update
The City Collection
The precast brick panels have been installed up to floor 9, and we've just commenced on floors 10 to 18. All windows are now installed on floors 1 to 7.
Internally, the walls have been partly constructed on floors 1 to 10. Mechanical pipework installation is underway on these floors too.
The River Collection
All plastering works are now complete and all of the kitchens are now installed. These apartments are really starting to take shape, with residents soon moving in and making it home.
The flooring is currently being laid, with only 6 apartments left to complete. Decoration works are now complete on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Electrical and mechanical works have progressed to the 2nd fix to all units. This includes the fitting of light switches and plug sockets. Carpentry 2nd fix, including door handles and skirting is now complete up to floor 6.
We're continuing to carry out all our work on site safely, following the government guidance, with weekly COVID testing on site for all team members and contractors.
