From progress on the external frame to fitting kitchens. We had operatives on site covering trades from plumbing to plastering. It's all systems go at Three Waters, getting ready for the first completions next year. Read more below.
The City Collection
The concrete frame has reached the 19th floor which means there is only two floors remaining to be completed. The external precast concrete panels are fitted up to floor 4.
Internally, the party walls are complete up to floor 7, with mechanical and electrical works taking place in the coridoors.
The River Collection
The concrete frame is complete! 99% of the precast concrete panels have also been fitted.
The installation of the balconies has been progressing well here in The River Collection, with all complete other than those between floors 2 and 7. The cantilevered balconies are complete to the 3rd floor.
Internally, plastering is now complete to floor 5. The individually designed kitchens have been fitted up to the second floor and we're currently half way through fitting those on floor 3. Carpentry work has commenced, kicking off on the first floor and further progress to the flooring is commencing this week.

We've had operatives on site specialising in trades including carpentry, roofing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work, just to name a few!
We're getting ready to remove the hoist, which has aided us in transporting materials to the higher levels of the buildings, this will allow us to commence further landscaping work to those tranquil raised gardens.

Your Customer Experience team are here to support you from exchange until the day you complete on your property with Mount Anvil. They'll be your main point of contact and can be available to help over the phone, on email or WeChat.
From the point of exchange, you'll begin to receive regular updates on the build progress and the completion date of your property.

As it gets closer to your completion date (around 1 year prior), you'll be allocated a Customer Experience Manager. Your Customer Experience Manager will be able to support you by introducing finance brokers, mortgage brokers, furnishing companies, interior designers, removals companies and any other helpful introductions to ensure the completion and handover runs smoothly.
