Looking forward to Q1 2021

It's all happening here in Whitechapel. While we're at 90% pre-COVID capacity on site, we're on track for completions, some of which are scheduled as early as next year. Read more below.

Construction update

 

The Georgette North 

We're getting closer and closer to completion at The Georgette North, with all the bits that make a home really feel like home now on the agenda. Levels 1 to 3 are currently being decorated, this includes the lights, switches, kitchens, toilets, flooring and those all important wardrobes. This will be completed in preparation for the carpets being installed in the next two weeks.

On levels 4 to 6 the carpentry is well underway and the kitchens and bathrooms are being installed. Up at level 7, the plastering is happening at B1, while the first fix of mechanicals and electricals (in others words the plumbing and wiring) is taking place at B3.

The lifts have been installed and are ready for quality assurance and completion.

Externally, the brickwork is up to level 4 and the waterproofing is being taken care of on the roof.

The Georgette South

The brickwork façade has commenced. Throughout the entire building, each of the apartments party walls have been built and we've now began installing the partition walls in every home.

The plumbing and electrics are complete up to level 3.

The Jacquard

The concrete frame is now built up to level 17 and the external glass façade is now at level 9. 

Mechanical and electrical work began last week and the partition walls are ready to be installed.

The Amenities

The exclusive gym, cinema and landscaping will be ready for the first resident's move-in dates in Q1 2021.
