On the home straight: An update from Three Waters
What you need to know now: Bow Trust at Three Waters, progress from site, what to do on a Tuesday evening in east London and more.
Bow Arts Trust at Three Waters
We’re pleased to announce that Three Waters will be home to Bow Arts Trust (BAT), an award-winning educational arts charity providing affordable creative workspace for a community of over 400 artists, makers and creatives across London.
The move to Three Waters in early summer will give BAT a permanent home, and allow them to offer affordable studio space for creatives in Bow. The Trust also operates The Nunnery Gallery, a free public gallery in Bow that celebrates local history and champions the work of emerging artists.
Residents will have the opportunity to meet with BAT at a ‘meet the neighbour’ event, to be hosted at the Nunnery Gallery – details to follow.
Further information on BAT can be found on their website – click here.
Construction update
We’re on the home straight in Bow, with progress continuing at a pace on site as we prepare to complete by scheme in the coming weeks.
Six Mount Anvil managers are currently overseeing a site team of around 70 people as they prepare for final walk throughs and quality assurance checks over the next couple of weeks.
Our partner, Peabody, has continued visiting site weekly, and have now inspected and signed off around 98% of their homes here.
Our Customer Experience team have been inspecting completed homes too – they’re currently up to level three in The City Collection, where landscaping work to the podium garden and entrance areas are also complete.
At Magnolia House, the future home of Bow Arts Trust, work is underway on brickwork and roofing, with landscaping work for the building’s courtyard also progressing well.
Perhaps most excitingly, the new riverside walkway is now open, allowing residents to make the most of their new home’s waterfront location.
The finish line is in sight for Three Waters – watch this space.

What’s happening at Mount Anvil
Trust Talks
We recently caught up with four key players at Mount Anvil to talk about trust.
Marcus and Ketan have very different roles, but the one thing they all have in common is their ability to deliver trust for residents. Hear about it in their own words by following the links below.
Another partnership with One Housing
A proposal for a new scheme on the Isle of Dogs – developed in collaboration with local residents and delivered by Mount Anvil in a repeat partnership with One Housing – will see us create 202 new two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
All the homes will offer private roof terraces, balconies or gardens, and the scheme will provide a much-needed mix of social rent, shared ownership and private homes in E14.

Celebrating International Women’s Day
To mark this year’s International Women’s Day, our team at The Verdean in Acton hosted an inspiring evening for residents.
Led by our Community Engagement Manager Sola and Friary Park’s Neighbourhood Coordinator Keisha, the event for women and in support of women saw the team and residents sharing stories of their passions, business ideas, charity work and talents.
The event was a huge success – roll on IWD2023!
