Construction update

Keybridge Lofts

There have now been 165 completions at Keybridge Lofts, the final completions will have taken place by October.

Keybridge Capital

The scaffolding has been taken down at Keybridge Capital and the façade is taking shape with the metal sections, windows, insulation and vapour barriers installed.

35 of the balconies have been installed and the first fix of apartment party walls is finished throughout the whole building.

Complete throughout all of Keybridge Capital is also the underfloor heating, plumbing and electrics, as well as the timber flooring and bathroom tiling.

Those show-stopping kitchens and wardrobes have been installed all the way up to level 18.

Amenities

The gym, pool and spa are complete, and the landscaping will be finished within the next month.

Stamp duty

Completion at Keybridge is still very much on track for Q1 2021, which means purchasers will be eligable for the current stamp duty reduction.

The stamp duty holiday means that if you complete on a residential property between 8 July 2020 to 31 March 2021, you only start to pay SDLT on the amount that you pay for the property above £500,000. These rates apply whether you are buying your first home or have owned property before. Click here for more information.
