The first completions are right around the corner at Three Waters
With the first homebuyers moving into The River Collection in just a couple of months, you can now really see how this new community on the edge of Bow Creek is taking shape.
Construction update
The River Collection
All lower floors are almost complete and are currently being cleaned. We're getting closer to welcoming our first residents home in July.
The ongoing construction to The City Collection might mean a few disruptions, like intermittent satellite signal due to the cranes, which we'll be sure to minimise as much as possible.
The City Collection
The brick precast panels are fully installed up to floor 18, insulation is installed to floor 10 and the build of the roof steelwork has commenced. Roof steelwork is the steel frame made from beams and posts that's built on top of the building to form the roof structure.
Building of the internal walls are in progress and complete up to the 9th floor. Electrical and mechanical works are now underway and complete up to the 4th floor. We've also kicked off plastering on the first floor.
The amenities
The plush cinema room is currently being decorated and will be ready for our first residents moving in from July 2021.
We're continuing to carry out all our work on site safely, following the government guidance, with weekly COVID testing on site for all team members and contractors.
