The new year brings more build progress in Bow
From balconies and windows to kitchens and flooring, we've got all the latest news from site here at Three Waters.
Construction update
The City Collection
The reinforced concrete frame is complete! The installation of precast panels is starting to take place up to floor 12.
Windows have all been installed up to floor 4, as we move up the floors in the coming days and weeks.
Internally, the service risers have been installed up to floor 15 - this contains all electrical and pipe work to serve each apartment. Party walls have been installed up to floor 10 and the first fix of dry lining has kicked off on the 1st floor, which means we're another step closer to painting and decorating your home.
The River Collection
All the balconies are complete, besides the inset balconies on floor 7. The roof steel is now complete, which has made way for other roof works to commence.
Internally, the plastering is now complete up to floor 7, as are the installation of the kitchens. Flooring work is currently taking place on the 5th floor and decorating is happening on the 1st floor. Electrical meters have been installed on both the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The safety of our people and protecting the public's health in the city we love is our top priority. With government guidance currently stating that construction work is able to continue, we're continuing to do so safely by adapting our sites to ensure social distancing and with weekly COVID testing on site for all team members and contractors.

Hearing from our residents in 2020
While completing homes and handing over the keys to our residents is one of our favourite parts of the job, it doesn't stop there. We always want to know how people are getting on once they're settled in. Late last year we caught up with some of our residents to hear what they thought about their homes. Check out our favourite bits below!
