People are at the heart of everything we do and because we continue to own and manage the properties we develop, our commitment continues long after the final brick is laid. Our award winning estate management team constantly strive to provide excellent customer experience to our residents.

FABRICA is part of the A2Dominion group. With over 70 years of experience we are one of the largest developers in the UK and have a unique approach to house building. We don’t just build houses, we invest all profits into projects which benefit communities and create better ways to live.

Allies and Morrison is an architecture and urban planning practice with a reputation for well crafted buildings and thoughtful place making. Its work ranges from architecture, interior design and conservation to masterplanning, consultation and research. Twice shortlisted for the Stirling prize, 41 of the practice's completed projects have won RIBA awards. Allies and Morrison is especially known for its work in regeneration, housing and community, creating new neighbourhoods that build on the qualities of the contexts within which they are found.

London based artist Tom Price’s practice regularly delves into the grey areas between sculpture and design. Since graduating from the Royal College of Art, Tom Price has established an international career with works in major collections and museums worldwide.

Much of his work seeks to explore the untapped potential of familiar materials, encouraging them to behave in unfamiliar ways. This often requires developing machinery and tools that are capable of subverting conventional industrial manufacturing techniques, introducing a dose of entropy into what are typically very controlled processes. Chance is an essential element in his creative process, and one that Price relies on to transcend the limits of the imagination.
He has completed several large-scale sculptural commissions for public and private spaces. Whist the majority of his work is produced within his own studio, he also works with fabricators, foundries, structural & civil engineers, architects, project managers and contractors to deliver large-scale projects.

In 2014 Price produced a series of embedded artworks integrated in to the private courtyard of the Horseferry Road residential development, The Courthouse. Bronze play sculptures rest on the surface, while the ornate bronze foliage of his Vyner Tree travel across the courtyard, through the hedge and emerging into neighbouring street.

P-IE (Planit Intelligent Environments) is a design practice with a passion for outside spaces and the part they play in our communities. For over 15 years we’ve been turning spaces between buildings into places for people to explore in, engage with and most importantly, enjoy.
From the UK’s largest regeneration projects to bespoke single site commissions, our team of Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, Digital Modelers, 3D Animators and Graphic Designers are committed to design quality in the built environment.
Our ambition in every project is to find the true personality of a space and bring it to life as best we can. That means looking beyond the obvious to question, challenge and seek out new perspectives. At the same time, it means paying close attention to commercial realities; while every design we create is original and inspiring, it is always delivered with maximum cost efficiency and strict adherence to project timelines.
We are involved in a number of similar high profile projects across the UK including: the creation of a new public square for Manchester City Centre, in partnership with MODA living. We are also working closely with Taylor Wimpey Central London to deliver a new mixed-use development in Battersea and a new residential tower in Dalston, East London that features a podium deck landscape.

Futurecity was founded in 2007 in response to the burgeoning interest in culture-driven regeneration, and is now the UK’s largest public art consultancy, having launched over 100 projects and cultural strategies in the UK and abroad. Futurecity believe that culture is the creative “glue” of people and ideas that when used successfully, binds urban places together and makes them attractive to live in. Futurecity is interested in developing collaborative relationships between artists and other disciplines, whether science, architecture or technology.
We work with curators, galleries and clients from around the world, championing artists who are changing the way art is presented in an urban context. We curate major arts projects, devise cultural strategies, broker cultural partnerships and deliver art projects from inception to completion including Mark Wallinger’s White Horse for Ebbsfleet, the Crossrail Culture Line and Richard Wilson’s Slipstream at Heathrow Queens Terminal 2.
